I’ll be honest with you, I used to think that coaching was for people who wanted to “self-actualize” or quit biting their fingernails.
Then I tried it. I discovered that coaching is about two essential areas of our lives:
BEING and DOING.
BEING has to do with questions like…
- Who are you?
- What are your particular gifts, strengths, and passions?
- What are some of the struggles that stifle your creativity and enjoyment of who you were made to be and what you were created to do?
- Who do you want to be?
- How do you want to live?
DOING has to do with questions like…
- What were you designed to do?
- How do you uniquely live out who you are?
- Where are you now, and where do you want to go?
- What might keep you from getting there, and
- How will you move through those obstacles?
You put these two things together and you have – LIFE.
BEING and DOING are hard to do alone. We were designed to need other people to call us to live fully in the glory of our story and mission.

As your coach, I will exercise my strengths on your behalf, among them: listening, discerning, questioning, encouraging, inspiring and motivating. Our alliance will provide you a safe place to explore and discover, strategize and plan, move and live in the fullness of who you are.
How is it done?
Coaching is done mainly by telephone or Skype call, so you can do it from the comfort and convenience of your own home or workplace.
