Who are we?

Real people, speakers, teachers, writers, and consultants, offering authentic and engaged teaching, excellent materials and resources, and compassionate coaching and counseling.

What’s our mission?

Our mission is to multiply God’s glorious kingdom story in the world by drawing broken people to learn deeply, live freely, and love passionately in the gospel story.

What’s our story?

Our story is that THERE IS A STORY! In our confused and broken world, story is often underemphasized or trivialized. We are left starving for a BIG STORY that speaks into the brokenness of our hearts and the chaos of our world. At Living Story, we believe Scripture tells a fresh story of dignity and meaning and purpose and hope. This story whispers our name, woos us to its Author, and wins us for a Kingdom.

The Gospel story sings a song of redemption in four parts:

Creation tells us who we are, male and female, created in the image of God.
The Fall tells us why we struggle with sin and live in frustration.
Redemption, an amazing story of a sinless Savior who rescued us from sin and death by living, dying and rising, encourages us that we can be freed to truly live our lives as we were created to do.

Consummation, the ‘grand finale’ of the story tells us that all our ending is transformed into a grand beginning.

How can Living Story help you?
We believe and teach that this True Story of the Gospel has the power to bring beauty and transformation to the worst tragedies. Through teaching, writing, and consulting work, we help you understand how your stories flow out of and into this Big Story. Some of us have believed lies about who we are and why we’re here; others of us have lost hope that there is a bigger story; and others are struggling with the fallenness of lived daily life and aching for passion and renewal. Whoever you are and whatever your current struggles, we will work to help you see the intersection of your story and the Gospel for the purpose of freeing you to live your kingdom call.
