		<description>My first tendency is to bristle at conflict, tense up, block the flow. Last week was a week fraught with conflict - internal and external. My body clamped down, my spirit froze up, my mind was a whirl. What does it look like to embrace the conflict and relax and know that the flow will take me somewhere - mind, body and spirit. This post seems like a key to me. I will enjoy turning it upside down, sideways and seeing if I can open the door.</description>
